Your personal item must fit below the seat in front of you. It may be, for example, a handbag, a portfolio, a small backpack or a laptop bag.

For comfort and safety, if your personal item does not fit below the seat in front of you, it will have to travel as carry-on baggage with an additional charge.

This may be, for example, a suitcase or a backpack. To take it with you on board, you must have a Vuela Classic or Vuela Plus reservation or have purchased additional carry-on (Vuela Basic).

For an additional fee, you may take a total of 5 checked bags of no more than 55 lbs and 62 linear in  (length + width + height) each.

If your baggage exceeds the maximum allowance, a charge will apply. The maximum permitted for overweight baggage is 99 lbs.
