· Airplanes are public places, therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be an allergen-free environment.

· If you suffer from an allergy to any service animal present in the flight, ask the flight attendant to change your seat (subject to availability).

· If you require the use of a POC, be sure it comes with enough battery for the entire flight. Remember that there may be delays or deviations.

· A CPAP is considered as cabin baggage, therefore it must comply with the weight and measurement policies. Please notify Volaris personnel about the requirements to use it during the flight; we recommend not using it during a landing or takeoff.

· Incubators and stretchers are not allowed on board.

REMEMBER

You can board with prescription medicines.
