How can I view my itinerary

Go to your booking from our website at Add Services or through our Volaris App for iOS and Android, on the “My Flights” section. Enter your reservation code and your last name to access all information related to your flight.

How can I make a itinerary change?

Go to Add Extras and choose "Change your flight". Then, enter your reservation data. Select the flight(s) you want to change and your new origin, destination and traveling date. Select your new flights, seats and additional services. Choose a form of paymnet and enjoy your new trip!

What happens if I do not print my boarding pass

You can print your boarding pass in any one of our kiosks available inside the airport, or get the Personal Attention service at the airport counter so an ambassador can print it for you. For more information, visit Check-In

How can I change the date, time, and / or route of my flight?

You can make changes up to 4 hours before your flight by:

For the first change included in the More and Plus Packages and for the unlimited changes included in the Ultra Package, you'll only pay the fare difference (the difference between the price of the new flight and the price of the original flight)

 

Starting with the second itinerary change, in the case of the More and Plus Packages, a fee will be charged in addition to the applicable fare difference. Click here for more information on our flight flexibility policy

 

Can I cancel my tickets?

There are no cancelations or reimbursements. The ticket can be transferred or used on a different date or a different route, covering the corresponding fee for this service as well as the nivelation fare. You can cancel your reservation without any charge or penalization, as long as you do it within 24 hours after your purchase and the reservation is made with at least 7 days prior to the flight date. This doesn’t apply to flights from or to the United States. Read more about flexibility polices here. 

 

What happens if I lost my confirmation number?

You can contact our call center to get it again. On the day of your flight, go directly to the airport and provide a picture ID.
