Acumulación Puntos dobles altitude
Finalmente, el presente documento establece los términos y condiciones bajo los cuales el Miembro del Programa de Lealtad altitude by Volaris podrá acumular Puntos altitude dobles. La vigencia de la presente promoción aplica comprando dentro del periodo del 7 de abril al 13 de abril de 2026, para viajar entre el 1 de junio y al 30 de noviembre de 2026.
Del 7 de abril al 13 de abril de 2026, los miembros del Programa de Lealtad altitude by Volaris podrán acumular puntos dobles, es decir, hasta 20 puntos por cada 20MXN (VEINTE PESOS 00/100 MN) de compra o 20 puntos por cada 1USD (1 DÓLAR 00/100 DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA). La Acumulación de puntos dobles se calcula sobre la cantidad pagada de la tarifa base del vuelo adquirido y, en su caso, el costo de los Servicios adicionales que se hayan adquirido (selección de asiento, equipaje extra, combos Volaris, Volaris te acompaña, mascotas, etc., esta promoción no aplica para el servicio de “aparta el vuelo y paga después”), no se generará acumulación de puntos por el pago de TUA, impuestos, ni cualquier otro cargo aeroportuario o gubernamental.
Las compras de cualquier Servicio Volaris realizadas fuera del Canal de Venta (volaris.com) no serán elegibles para la acumulación de puntos en el Programa.
Los Puntos acumulados se mostrarán en el balance del perfil del usuario y estarán disponibles para su uso hasta un máximo de 48 (cuarenta y ocho) horas después del momento en que se realice el vuelo correspondiente a la reservación si se trata de viaje sencillo. Para Acumular Puntos es necesario que el Miembro esté debidamente registrado en el Programa de Lealtad altitude by Volaris y cumpla con los Términos y Condiciones del mismo. Para que el Miembro pueda acumular triples Puntos altitude, deberá necesariamente iniciar sesión en su cuenta durante el proceso de compra únicamente a través de volaris.com conforme al siguiente procedimiento:
1. Ingresa a www.volaris.com
2. Hace click en el botón “Iniciar sesión” en la parte superior derecha
3. El Miembro ingresa el correo y contraseña que dio de alta durante el registro al Programa de Lealtad y deberá dar click en “No soy un robot”.
4. El Miembro deberá de realizar la compra de una reservación de vuelo operado por Volaris o bien adquirir algún Servicio adicional (selección de asiento, equipaje extra, combos Volaris, Volaris te acompaña, mascotas, etc., a excepción de la opción de “aparta el vuelo y paga después”) dentro del periodo del 7 de abril al 13 de abril de 2026, para viajar entre el 1 de junio y al 30 de noviembre de 2026.
