Double altitude Points accumulation
This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which a Member of the altitude by Volaris Loyalty Program may earn double altitude Points. The promotion is valid for purchases made between April 23 and April 27, 2026, for travel between June 1 and November 30, 2026.
From April 23 to April 27, 2026, Members of the altitude by Volaris Loyalty Program may earn double points, that is, up to 20 points for every MXN $20.00 (TWENTY PESOS 00/100 M.N.) spent, or 20 points for every USD $1.00 (ONE UNITED STATES DOLLAR 00/100) spent. Double points will be calculated based on the amount paid for the base airfare of the purchased flight and, where applicable, the cost of any additional services purchased (including seat selection, extra baggage, Volaris combos, Volaris te Acompaña, pets, etc.). This promotion does not apply to the “Hold My Fare and Pay Later” service. No points will be earned on payments for TUA (airport use fees), taxes, or any other airport or governmental charges.
Purchases of any Volaris services made outside the official sales channel (volaris.com) will not be eligible for points accrual under the Program.
Accumulated Points will be reflected in the Member’s profile balance and will be available for use within up to forty-eight (48) hours after completion of the flight associated with the reservation in the case of one-way travel. For round-trip travel, the total Points will be credited after the first flight of the itinerary has been completed.
To earn Points, the Member must be duly registered in the altitude by Volaris Loyalty Program and comply with its Terms and Conditions. In order to earn triple altitude Points, the Member must log in to their account during the purchase process exclusively through volaris.com, in accordance with the following procedure:
