Volaris INVEX Baggage

Enjoy included baggage when you purchase your trip with your Volaris INVEX Credit Card.

Zero Fare

■ 1 personal item (must fit under the seat in front of you)

■ 1 carry-on bag with maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 25 cm (length x width x height)*

The combined weight of the personal item and carry-on bag must not exceed 20 kg.

■ 1 checked bag up to 25 kg and 158 total cm (length + width + height)*

Basic Fare

1. Baggage benefits are valid when 100% of the reservation is paid with a Volaris INVEX Credit Card or with a combination of the Card and altitude points. These benefits apply to the cardholder and all travel companions included in the reservation.

2. The complimentary carry-on and checked baggage benefits offered with the Volaris INVEX Credit Card apply to reservations paid for through volaris.com, the Volaris app, and vpass.volaris.com, provided that the cardholder is traveling on the reservation.

3. The carry-on baggage benefit cannot be combined with the baggage allowance already included in each fare or with carry-on baggage purchased by the customer during the booking process.

4. The checked baggage benefit will not be added if the customer purchased checked baggage during the booking process for the Zero or Basic fare. However, if the customer wishes to purchase additional baggage, they may do so through My Trips. For the Plus fare, the additional baggage benefit will be added.

5. When purchasing travel packages (flight + hotel) on yavas.com with any Volaris INVEX Credit Card, one checked bag of up to 25 kg (55 lb) and 158 cm (62 in) in total dimensions (length + width + height) is included. To redeem this benefit, you must add it to your reservation through My Trips. Enter My Trips using your reservation code and last name, then sign in with the same email address you use in the INVEX Now app and redeem the benefit.

6. If you forgot to add your benefits when booking through the Volaris website or app, or if you purchased your reservation through the Call Center or at the airport, you can redeem the complimentary carry-on and checked baggage benefits for yourself and your travel companions through My Trips. Enter My Trips using your reservation code and last name, then sign in with the same email address you use in the INVEX Now app and redeem the benefit.

7. Baggage benefits provided when paying with any Volaris INVEX Credit Card do not apply to group reservations (reservations of 10 or more passengers).

8. Volaris INVEX Credit Card benefits do not apply to codeshare flights or other partnerships between Volaris and another airline.
