Remember that you will have to enter your tax information: 

• RFC
• Name
• Address

Bear in mind that from the date of your purchase you have 30 calendar days to request your invoice.

Costa

Costa Rica

For flights departing from San Jose, Costa Rica, you can request the invoice only at the moment of your purchase.

Otherwise, you may request your electronic receipt by writing to us at facturacion.cr@volaris.com, with your reservation code. Consider that from the date of your purchase you have 30 working days to request your receipt.

Flights with origin in El Salvador and Guatemala

■ Reservation code
■ Taxpayer name
■ Number of Tax Identification (TAX)
■ Registration Number (NRC)
■ Line of business
■ Tax address
■ Taxpayer category
■ Email

From the date of your purchase, you have 3 calendar days to request your invoice.

Guatemala

Email us at facturacion_gua@volaris.com, and we will send you the invoice. Remember to include the following information:

■ Reservation code
■ Full name of the person or company
■ Tax Identification Number / Unified Tax Registration (RTU)
■ Purchase date
■ Email

From the date of your purchase, you have 3 calendar days to request your invoice.
