If your flight is eligible, we’ll email you an offer to sell your ticket in exchange for an electronic voucher.

Keep an eye on your inbox or check your reservation in My trips, where you can also view the available offer.

Accept

Confirm that you want to sell your ticket and receive the electronic voucher for the amount specified in the offer.

Wait for confirmation

You’ll receive confirmation of your request and voucher via email within 3 hours.

If not, you must board your original flight.

Everything you need to know

  • The ticket sale is only valid once you receive email confirmation from Volaris after submitting your request.

  • The offer is valid from the moment we send you the email until 8 hours before your original flight's departure.

  • The electronic voucher amount will be equally divided among all passengers in the reservation, excluding babies.

  • By accepting the offer, you agree to sell the tickets of all passengers included in the reservation.

  • The voucher amount will be specified in the email you receive with the offer.
