Your electronic voucher is only valid for payments during your booking process on volaris.com or the app. It does not apply to purchases on My trips.

Yes, you have to make a separate booking for each passenger, since you can only redeem one voucher in each booking.

Can the validity period be extended?

It is not possible to extend the validity period of electronic voucher.

You can see the amount in the email we sent you with your electronic voucher number.

If I use only part of my electronic voucher, where can I see the remaining balance?

Some vouchers are valid for multiple transactions. In that case, you can see the remaining balance when you book a new flight by selecting the option to pay with electronic voucher and entering your voucher number.

What can I do if the website does not allow me to pay with the electronic voucher?

For the electronic voucher to be valid, please verify that:

• The electronic voucher is within the validity period

• The name of the passenger is the same as the name that the electronic voucher was issued with

• The currency of your voucher matches the one that you selected for your new purchase

• You are booking a flight for one passenger only, as electronic vouchers are not valid to pay for a reservation with two or more passengers

What happens if the amount of my electronic voucher is not enough to pay the total amount of my booking?

In that case, you must pay the remaining amount with a credit or debit card.

How are the benefits from my Volaris INVEX Credit Card applied when paying with electronic voucher?

To access the benefits of your Volaris INVEX Credit Card, you must pay at least 50% of the total amount of your booking with your card.

Does my electronic voucher apply to purchases with v.club?

Yes, you just need to log into your v.club account to book your flight and choose electronic voucher as the payment option in the payment step.

The name registered in your v.club account must match the name for which the electronic voucher was issued.

Does my electronic voucher apply to v.pass purchases?

This payment method is not available for v.pass purchases at the moment.
