Flexibility for your upcoming travels! Before purchasing your flight, add the "Cancel for any reason" service to your reservation. This is the only time you can do so.

Select the option that suits you best: 80% or 100% refund upon cancellation.

Complete the purchase of your flight and release your stress in case of any inconvenience.

Beware of unexpected events

Check the details of “Cancel for any reason” and add it to your booking on your next flights with Volaris:

  • The refund request is available up to 24 hours before the flight departure.
  • This service applies to credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal reservations.
  • Additional services added to your reservation after this point are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable after check-in has been completed.

  4. Choose your transfer method.

Terms and Conditions

If you cancel within the specified timeframe, Hopper will reimburse a percentage of the reservation cost you selected when you purchased the "Cancel for any reason" option. Refunds will include the base fare, surcharges, taxes, fees, applicable charges, and additional services. Still, they will exclude certain products such as "Hold Your Flight," financing fees for splitting your flight payment into monthly installments, and any payments made on the My Trips page.

Refunds are processed through Hyperwallet within ten business days. Customers must comply with Hyperwallet's terms and may need to create an account to receive their refund.

"Cancel for any reason" cannot be applied under certain conditions, such as during a "Specific Cancellation Period," acts of God, or when Volaris already owes compensation. "Cancel for any reason" must be purchased when booking and applies to all passengers and segments within a reservation.
