How many altitude Points do I earn from my flights?

Earn 10 altitude Points for every $20 MXN spent through the Volaris website and app.

How do I register for altitude, Volaris’ loyalty program?

It’s very easy! If you already have a Volaris account, simply:

- Log in to our homepage.

- If you don’t have your password, you can recover it at volaris.com by selecting “Forgot my password.”

- Complete your information and accept the altitude terms and conditions and privacy notice.

Verify that you are not a robot.

That’s it! Now your flights will take you even higher.

If I already have a Volaris INVEX Credit Card, do I need to register for altitude?

No, you are automatically part of altitude. You can log in as follows:

- Log in to our homepage.

- If you don’t have your password, you can recover it at volaris.com by selecting “Forgot my password.”

What is the minimum age required to register?

You must be at least 18 years old to join the program.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?

You earn points when purchasing flights or additional services through the Volaris website or app. Purchases made through agencies, contact centers, or airport counters do not qualify. If you have a Volaris INVEX Credit Card, you also earn altitude Points when shopping at any establishment.

Points are not earned on the payment of taxes, airport fees, or government charges.

Which payment methods do not earn points?

You do not earn points when paying with PayPal, cash, electronic vouchers, payment codes, or points.

When will the points appear in my account?

Your points will appear up to 48 hours after your outbound flight.

How can I check my altitude Points?

You can view your balance by:

1.Going to “My Profile” on volaris.com

2. Selecting the “altitude” option

Cancellations and Refunds

If I cancel my flight paid with points, will I get a refund?

Yes, as long as you meet the applicable restrictions (for example, canceling within 24 hours after your purchase), the points will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.

Refunds are not issued in cash; they are refunded as altitude Points.

Validity of My Points

How long are my points valid?

Points earned in the loyalty program do not expire as long as the member remains enrolled in the program.

If the member leaves the program, the accumulated points may only be recovered if the member re-enrolls within a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months from the cancellation date.

After this period, the points cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
