How do I sign up for altitude, Volaris’ new loyalty program?
It’s super easy! If you already have a Volaris account, just:
1. Log in at volaris.com.
2. Complete your profile and accept the terms and privacy notice.
3. Once done, you’re officially part of Altitude—ready to earn points!
Who can join?
Members must be at least 18 years old.
How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you purchase flights or additional services on volaris.com.
Please note: taxes, airport fees, and government charges do not earn points.

When will my points show up in my account?
Your points will appear in your account within 48 hours after your outbound flight.
Where can I redeem my points?
Only on volaris.com or in My Trips.
Not available via the app or travel agencies.
Can I use points plus cash?
Absolutely! Choose “Points” at checkout. If you don’t have enough, pay the difference using your card.
Note: points cannot be applied to taxes, fees, or government charges.
Can I pay for an entire flight with points?
Yes — as long as you have enough points. If not, you can combine your points with a card payment.

Is there a minimum redemption?
Yes, points are redeemable in multiples of 10.
What happens if I cancel a points booking?
If you cancel within the allowed window (e.g., within 24 hours), your points will be returned to your account, usually within 10 business days.
Points are non-refundable as cash.
Do points expire?
Your points will never expire, as long as you earn points at least once within two years of your last activity.
