Anticipate your arrival at the airport
When you arrive at the airport, you must check in your baggage at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. In order to avoid any issues, review the weight specifications for your checked baggage.
To save time, remember that you can get your boarding pass at home from our website between 72 hours and 1 hour before the departure time for domestic flights. For an international flight, you can do this between 24 hours and 1 hour before the departure time.

Follow the instructions given by the customer service agents to make your boarding process smoother and consult your boarding zone and seat number on your boarding pass. When boarding begins, form an orderly line and have your boarding pass and identification ready to present at the entrance.
Once inside the plane, locate your assigned seat and place your carry-on baggage in the overhead compartments of the cabin. Take your seat, buckle your seatbelt, pay attention to the safety instructions... and enjoy your flight with Volaris!
