How can I save more when adding extras to my flight?

During the booking process, add one of our Combos (More Baggage, More Flexibility, or More Speed) to get additional benefits such as extra baggage allowance and itinerary or name changes at the best price.

v.club

What is v.club?

v.club is the Volaris membership that gives you access to the best prices on all of our flights.

 

What are the benefits of  v.club?

  • Purchase at the lowest prices in every flight and all three ways to travel.
  • Save a minimum of $100 MXN ($5 USD) on every flight.
  • Exclusive offers every Thursday.
  • 22 lb extra checked baggage when you select Vuela Classic and Vuela Plus.

 

Can customers on a v.club reservation travel if the membership holder is not traveling?

The group membership holder must always travel, though the other 6 travelers may be different for each reservation.

 

Can I request that v.club notifications be sent to another email address?

The email you register as username cannot be changed at any time. However, we can send notifications to the email address that you prefer to use. Send an email to vclub@volaris.com stating the new email you'd like to use to receive our notifications and an official ID of the membership holder. Remember that your username will not change.

 

Can I request a name change for my v.club membership?

Remember that name changes do not apply to the membership holder. You can make a name change for one or more of your travel companions by contacting our Call Center. Check the fee for this service here.

 

What is a v.club subscription?

It's a way of purchasing an individual v.club membership by paying a monthly fee with your credit card.

 

How can I subscribe to v.club?

Click here to purchase your v.club subscription. If you don't have an account with us, you must fill out the form by selecting the "Create account" option. Be sure to enter your details exactly as they appear on your official documents and keep in mind that the email address you use will be your v.club username.

 

How do I use my v.club subscription?

  • If you want to make a purchase using your membership:
  • Sign in on our website with your v.club username and password.
  • Find your flight.
  • Having signed in, the prices you see throughout the booking process will be the v.club prices.
  • Choose the type of flight that you prefer and pay the lowest price for your trip.

 

If I already have a v.club subscription, can I upgrade it to group membership?

Now, individual subscriptions cannot be changed to group memberships, but don't worry – your travel companions can purchase their own individual subscriptions so that everyone can enjoy the lowest fares.

 

Can I purchase flights for my whole family with my subscription?

At the moment, the v.club subscription is for individuals, so you will only be able to purchase flights for the subscription holder.

 

Can I change my v.club username?

Your username cannot be modified at any time, which should be considered while registering.

 

What payment methods can be used to purchase the subscription?

You can only pay for your subscription with a credit or debit card is available.

 

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription automatically renews each month by charging your credit or debit card.

 

When can I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription has an initial mandatory period of 12 months. At the end of this period, you will be able to cancel your subscription by going to "My Account". For more information, please read the terms and conditions here.  

 

Who can I contact if I have questions about my subscription?

For any questions or clarifications, contact us at vclub@volaris.com. Remember that for your security purposes, you'll need to attach a scanned copy of an official ID along with your query to verify that you are the subscription holder.

How can I become a member?

It's simple! Just fill out the v.empresa registration form, and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to complete your registration.

 

What is the v.empresa contact email?

For any issues related to your membership, please send an email to administracion.empresa@volaris.com.

 

What are the benefits of joining VEmpresa?

As a v.empresa member, you'll receive a 30% discount off all types of reservations plus one name change per ticket.

 

If I am a v.empresa member, when will I see the discount reflected in the price of my flight?

After completing your registration, you'll receive an exclusive code that you must enter every time you wish to purchase a flight to access the discounted prices.

Volaris INVEX Cards

What are the Volaris INVEX cards?

They are cards provided by INVEX bank through its alliance with Volaris that offer benefits to those who fly with us.

 

How can I get my Volaris INVEX card?

Volaris INVEX cards are currently only available to account holders in Mexico.

Group travel

What can I do if a member of my group can't travel?

If a member of your group is unable to travel, you can make a name change up to 3 days before your flight and before checking in.

 

What are the minimum and the maximum number of people that can travel in a group?

Groups of 10 or more customers traveling together will receive the same price for all members, name changes up to 3 days before the flight's departure, and partial payments. For Conferences and Conventions, we offer preferential prices for all attendees of events of more than 100 people, even if they are traveling from different cities in Mexico and the United States.
