The v.club Individual membership is included in the Zero v.club option when booking domestic or international flights at volaris.com.
How to get v.club Individual?
It's as easy as booking a flight:
■ Go to our homepage.
■ Choose your destination and dates.
■ Select the Zero v.club option.
■ The v.club membership will be added to your shopping cart automatically.
■ In Passenger information and payment, enter your details exactly as they appear on your official documents. The first passenger will be assigned as the membership owner (must be of legal age).
■ Finally, at the purchase confirmation page, look for the welcome to Zero v.club message and select the “Set my password now” button to activate your membership and enjoy the benefits.

How can I renew my membership?
■ Log in with your v.club account on volaris.com
■ Search for your flights and select the Zero v.club option.
■ Accept the renewal message when it appears.
■ Complete your purchase and keep on enjoying the benefits of v.club.
What is the validity of my membership?
Your membership is valid for 1 year starting from the date of purchase.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
■ Go to volaris.com.
■ Click Login.
■ Then click 'Forgot your password?'.
■ You will receive the instructions in your registered email.
Can I change my membership registration details?
The details you enter upon registering will be saved for your membership and will not be modified after. You can only change the password.
Can I cancel my membership?
All our v.club members are very important to us. If you decide to cancel your membership, we'll miss you.
Keep in mind that refunds do not apply under any circumstances.
