The v.club Duo membership is included in the Zero v.club option when booking domestic or international flights at volaris.com.
It's as easy as booking a flight:
■ Go to volaris.com.
■ Choose your destination and dates.
■ Select 2 adults in the passengers' field.
■ Select the Zero v.club option.
■ The v.club membership will be added to your shopping cart automatically.
■ In Passenger information and payment, enter your details exactly as they appear on your official documents. The first passenger will be assigned as the membership owner (must be of legal age).
■ Finally, at the purchase confirmation page, look for the welcome to Zero v.club message and select the “Set my password now” button to activate your membership and enjoy the benefits.
■ Go to our homepage.
■ Log in with your v.club account.
■ Search for a flight for two adults (including the holder), and you will see the discounted prices.
■ Complete your purchase and enjoy your trip.
Can I change my membership type?

■ Accept the renewal message when it appears.

What is the validity of my membership?
Your membership is valid for 1 year starting from the date of purchase.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

■ You will receive the instructions in your registered email.
Can I change my membership registration details?
The details you enter upon registering will be saved for your membership and will not be modified after. You can only change the password.
