Everything you need to know about your group reservation

To register the names of the passengers for your reservation, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on our group site.

2. Select "Request Info" from the main menu and choose "Add Guest".

3. Click "Guest Details" and upload an Excel file (XLS or XLX) with the passenger list, including the full name, date of birth, and nationality. You also have the option to enter this information if you prefer manually.

Remember to enter the names by 4 days before your flight departs. It's crucial to have this information submitted within the specified timeframe to ensure you can board the flight.

Para vuelos internacionales, debes proporcionar el nombre, fecha de nacimiento y nacionalidad tal como aparecen en el pasaporte.

Traveling from abroad to Mexico, and you're not a Mexican national?

Remember to pay the DNR after entering the names, as this is a requirement by the Mexican government for entry into the country.

Making Changes to the Name List

If you need to make changes to the already registered name list, here's what you need to know:

• Changes can be made up to four hours before the flight departs.

• Passengers must haven't checked in yet.

• The corresponding fee must be covered.

• Once the trip has started, name changes for return flights are not permitted.

We're just a call away if you need anything else or have any questions. Our team is dedicated to making your group travel experience seamless and enjoyable.

Once you've got your group quote, you can add up to 9 more travelers at the same price, provided that your quote is still active (bear in mind, spots are subject to availability).

Looking to bring in even more folks? You'll need to request a new quote for that.

Your quote can be adjusted directly on the group's website if you haven't made full or partial payments. After your group is confirmed or issued, you won't be able to reduce spaces or make cancellations.

Remember, once you've made a full payment or deposit for your group, no cancellations or refunds are available.

If you've already paid for your reservation and want to make that first itinerary switch-up, only the current fare difference at the time of the request will apply.

A change fee plus the current fare difference will be applied from the second change onward.

Remember to request any changes up to four hours before your flight takes off; otherwise, you'll lose your tickets and their value.

Your invoice will be available once the total payment for the group has been completed.

If your flight departs from Mexico, Colombia, or the United States, head to the Volaris invoicing site to get it. Ensure to do this within four days after the reservation has been fully paid. You must request it within this timeframe to be able to get it.

For those in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras, you can request your invoice by shooting an email over to facturacion_gua@volaris.com, facturacion_SAL@volaris.com, and facturacion_honduras@volaris.com, respectively.

If you're in Costa Rica and purchased your flight from San Jose, fill out the form to get your electronic invoice. Remember, you'll only be able to issue it after making the last payment (once the purchase is completed).

And for folks in Peru, you'll need to request your invoice on factura.volaris.com within 24 hours after making the payment. If you are still waiting to receive it within 24 hours, email facturacion_LIM@volaris.com.
