On-Time Performance Guarantee

Adding the On-time Performance Guarantee during your booking process, gives you the chance of obtaining an electronic credit of $1,000.00 MXN or $100 USD (depending on the booking currency) if your flight arrives more than 30 minutes late.

In case you are eligible for the On-time Performance Guarantee, please note:

· The amount will be awarded through an electronic credit that will be activated 72 hours after the flight’s arrival. It will be sent to the email address you entered when purchasing your flight.

· The electronic credit is non-transferable and is valid for purchase and traveling for 6 months from its issue date. This term applies for flights on and after June 20th, 2016. For flights before this date, the electronic credit is valid for purchase and traveling for 1 year.

· Please review the specific conditions of your electronic credit in the received email.

· The amount covers only the base fare and does not apply for taxes, fees, or additional services.

· The electronic credit can be redeemed at volaris.com by choosing “Electronic Credit” as your payment option or through our Call Center.
